Our Team

Bayview began developing and constructing new hotels in 2005. Bayview developed the first purpose-built Homewood Suites by Hilton in Canada. Since then, Bayview has become a leader in the Canadian extended-stay market. Bayview is a recipient of numerous industry awards including repeated awards as “Top Developer of the Year” for the Homewood Suites by Hilton and Doubletree by Hilton brands and “Top Multi-Brand Developer of the Year”. We reinvest in our hotels to keep them efficient and competitive in the marketplace. We do this by developing formal procedures for asset protection and preventative maintenance. Our procedures involve management and staff to inspect deficiencies on newly opened hotels, punch-lists on acquired hotels, and procedures for routine or emergency repairs.

Food & Beverage


We design, organize and plan food and beverage services for hotels, restaurants, lounges, functions, and conferences. We review and monitor every hotel’s performance daily. Our team selects the design, layout, and equipment of kitchens, bars, lounges and banquet facilities to maximize the profitability of each of our food and beverage outlets.
